I started baking as a young girl with my Mom and Grandmother Ryan.   We always had desserts made from scratch in the house.  Nothing fancy, but always made with love.  Mom would even have fresh baked cookies for my brother and me after school.

So, it seemed a natural progression to go to The Philadelphia Restaurant School and become a pastry chef.  I have worked around the Greater Philadelphia Area for over twelve years at places including Striped Bass Restaurant, Adam's Mark Hotel, and The Peacock Inn.....​
